WHICH FINDER Series (2026) is a search for the self without requiring the self to remain recognizable. These are psychological self-portraits stripped of the portrait—the self in another form: energy, chaos, structure, memory, instinct, flesh, light, darkness and possibility. The paintings become a way of finding versions of the self that cannot be seen until they emerge. I know who I have been and I know some of who I am, but I am not attached to what I know. The painting becomes another possibility of the self. Which is found? Who is the finder?
